This two-hour training session targets Erasmus National Focal Points (ENFPs) and others in the Sub-Saharan Africa region who are involved in writing proposals for Erasmus+ projects.
Results-Based Management (RBM) provides a structured framework for defining clear objectives, aligning activities with expected outcomes, and establishing well-defined milestones.
By mastering RBM principles, the attendees will be able to either more effectively support applicants in developing proposals, or write their own proposals that meet Erasmus+ criteria and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
Separate sessions are being held on 20 March 2025 for the French-speaking community in Sub-Saharan Africa, and on 28 March 2025 for the Portuguese-speaking community in Sub-Saharan Africa.
