This two-hour training session was designed for Erasmus National Focal Points (ENFPs) and others in the Sub-Saharan Africa region involved in writing proposals for Erasmus+ projects.

Results-Based Management (RBM) provided a structured framework for defining clear objectives, aligning activities with expected outcomes, and establishing well-defined milestones.

By mastering RBM principles, attendees were able to either more effectively support applicants in developing proposals or write their own proposals that met Erasmus+ criteria and delivered measurable, sustainable results.
