Every year, the SPHERE initiative includes the following activities :
- An annual conference
- 2 Thematic Seminars
- 2 Study Visits
- 1 HERE gathering
- 5-6 Technical Assistance Missions (TAM) for each of the 21 Partner Countries and follow- up activity/publication of results from each event
- A publication on an issue of high priority
