The European Commission’s  Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in collaboration with the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, is proud to announce the second edition of the Regional Erasmus+ Week 2024 for Sub-Saharan Africa will take place from Tuesday, 25 June to Friday, 28 June 2024, at the Capitol Hotel, Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire).

The theme of this year’s event is "Digital in Education." Participants will have the opportunity to engage with leading experts and project coordinators funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, focusing on advancing digital education initiatives in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Through the week, an Annual gathering of the Erasmus+ National Focal Points (ENFPs) from across Sub-Saharan Africa is organised. More than 30 ENFPs will come together for a dynamic programme featuring training sessions, engaging discussions, valuable networking opportunities and the exchange of best practices. This assembly will give the ENFPs the opportunity to discuss programme outcomes, assess current implementation and design their annual work plans.
