This study visit to Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland, will showcase how the institution designs, structures and cultivates university–industry partnerships towards multiple objectives, including graduate employability, but also for building sustainable innovation ecosystems. This visit will provide a comprehensive understanding of how an institution utilises diverse modes of industry cooperation to meet different objectives. Participants will gain insights into different models of collaboration, focusing on curricula design, work-integrated learning and teaching and learning collaborations, as well as on initiatives such as learning labs and applied research centres.
