This event targeted representatives from higher education institutions and vocational training centers across Panama, aiming to equip them with the skills to draft conceptual notes for Erasmus+ initiatives, specifically Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) and Capacity Building in the Field of Vocational Training.
