The Regional Erasmus+ Cluster Meeting and Contact-Making Seminar 2025 for Latin America and the Caribbean will take place in Bogotá (Colombia) on 7 and 8 October 2025, and will be streamed online via Zoom.
The event is part of the Regional Erasmus+ Week for Latin America and the Caribbean, organised by the Directorate-General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture (DG EAC) of the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
Cluster Meeting
The meeting will gather higher education plus vocational education and training institutions from Latin America & the Caribbean and Europe which are active in the Erasmus+ programme or potentially interested in developing cooperation under this scheme. Participants will be joined by stakeholders involved in the implementation and promotion of the Erasmus+ programme, such as the Latin American and Caribbean Erasmus+ National Focal Points, Erasmus+ National Agencies, European Union Delegations in the two regions, the European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency.
This year’s event will address the role of education in Green Transition. The cluster meeting will give opportunities to showcase successful Erasmus+ mobility and cooperation projects, linking Latin American and Caribbean and European education institutions, and focusing on the transversal programme priority “Environment and fight against climate change”.
Contact-making sessions
The online and in-situ speed-networking sessions will enable participants to meet and engage with each other, with a view to forming project partnerships.
In-situ participants will have the opportunity to firstly attend an in-situ speed-networking session, and then a networking workshop on project building.
Online attendees can join an online Erasmus+ speed-networking session on 7 November 2025. Additional registration is needed for this via the button at the top of this page. Once registered, you can also book bilateral meetings with other online participants, beyond the speed-networking session.
The event will have simultaneous translation to/from English and Spanish.
