This two-hour training session targeted Erasmus National Focal Points (ENFPs) and others in the Asia region who were involved in writing proposals for Erasmus+ projects.

Results-Based Management (RBM) provideed a structured framework for defining clear objectives, aligning activities with expected outcomes, and establishing well-defined milestones.

By mastering RBM principles, the attendees were able to either more effectively support applicants in developing proposals, or write their own proposals that met Erasmus+ criteria and delivered measurable, sustainable results.
