The 2025 Erasmus Mundus Annual Conference will take place on 20–21 November 2025 at Maison du Bois (L’Arsenal), Brussels. This year’s theme, “The Sustainability of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Programmes,” will focus on ensuring the long-term viability and excellence of Erasmus Mundus programmes beyond EU-funded cycles. Participants will explore financial, institutional and academic dimensions of sustainability through expert panels, case studies and interactive sessions. The event will offer a platform for sharing strategies, discussing challenges, and co-developing solutions. Furthermore, you will be able to book a bilateral discussion slot with your EACEA project officer (21 November, afternoon).

Please note: Only one representative per ongoing Erasmus Mundus project will be invited to attend.

Dear,
Is it possible to hold a hybrid event? It is a very interesting topic, difficult to prove and guarantee, and I am sure we could learn a lot at this Congress, but many of us won't be able to attend for various reasons, including the fact that only one person per EMJM can attend.
Thank you very much.

Hello,
Thank you very much for the information. We are currently preparing the application form for our new master's programme and the Erasmus Mundus funding. As the Master's programme has not yet started, we plan to submit the proposal in February 2026, I would like to know if it is still possible for us to participate in the conference in November ? (one person)

Thank you!

Thank you for your question, Galya. The participants of the event will be by invitation only. However, as you are preparing for an application, you can start by exploring the latest publications available in the Resource Library (https://erasmus-networks.ec.europa.eu/search/resources?f%5B0%5D=tags%3A…) and our activities(https://erasmus-networks.ec.europa.eu/erasmusmundusactivities). Additionally, you can access recordings and documents from past Erasmus Mundus info sessions (https://erasmus-networks.ec.europa.eu/emc/infosessios).

Dear Vasiliki, what is the expected timing for the invitations to be sent? I ask because we will need to check who of us can attend...
