The Erasmus Mundus Annual Conference 2026 will take place in Brussels, on 10-11 December 2026, under the title "Talent attraction to Europe – role and experience of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s programmes”.
The conference will examine Erasmus Mundus's contribution to talent attraction to Europe against the latest international student mobility and recruitment trends, explore the links between attraction and retention, and serve as a platform for sharing successful practices — with particular attention to those with upscaling potential to other types of joint programmes in addition to those supported through Erasmus Mundus. Thematically, the event will address talent attraction as both a strategic objective and an operational concept.
At programme level, discussions will span the full cycle of talent attraction, from promotion and recruitment strategy, educational quality, marketing, partnership dynamics, and alumni engagement, through admissions, student services, and career advice.
The invitations to the conference were already sent by EACEA to the project coordinators' mailing list, inviting for one representative per project (from either the coordinator or partner institutions).
