The purpose of Technical Assistance Missions (TAMs) is to offer focused, practical support and consultation to Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE) and the higher education systems of their respective countries. TAMs are designed to provide hands-on assistance and guidance through various means, including national seminars, meetings, contributions to conferences, and policy-focused focus groups. Facilitated by the SPHERE Team based on proposals from National Erasmus+ Offices (NEOs) and HERE, TAMs can take various forms such as seminars, workshops, round table discussions, or conferences.
