On December 6, 2024, César Eduardo Gutiérrez, the Erasmus+ National Focal Point (ENFP) for Mexico, took part in a high-level meeting at the French Embassy in Mexico. The event was held within the framework of a major seminar organized by the Embassy of France for the Cultural Cooperation Advisors of French embassies in Latin America, in collaboration with the French Ministries of Higher Education and Research (MESR) and of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE).
A Strategic Dialogue on Higher Education Cooperation
The meeting, which took place from 15:00 to 16:15, provided a platform to strengthen academic collaboration between Mexico and France. The discussions focused on key areas such as international mobility, joint research projects, and institutional cooperation within the Erasmus+ framework.
