Statute and rules of procedure
The structure and governance of WBAA follow the principle of democratic representation. The organisation has a Statute and Internal Rules and Regulations that define, guide and safeguard the democratic functions and decision-making processes.
The WBAA Statute is the foundational legal document of the organisation, defining the mission, principles, governance structures, membership rules, bodies, and procedures.
The WBAA Internal Rules and Regulations define how the organisation functions internally by establishing the internal procedures for meetings, elections and voting mechanisms. All the provisions of the Internal Rules and Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Statute.
