The WBAA Comms Content Sprint took place in Ulcinj, Montenegro, from 2 to 5 July 2026, bringing together 20 participants for collaboration, creativity and the exchange of ideas.
The WBAA Comms Content Sprint took place in Ulcinj, Montenegro, from 2 to 5 July 2026, bringing together 20 participants for collaboration, creativity and the exchange of ideas.
The activity was designed as a space for participants to work together on key communication outputs for WBAA. During the sprint, they developed a WBAA booklet, created social media content, and prepared an eight-week content calendar for the planned online campaign. The working sessions were highly interactive and allowed participants to contribute their ideas, share perspectives, and jointly shape the final materials.
In addition to the structured sessions, the activity provided valuable time for networking and informal exchange. Participants had the opportunity to connect with one another, discuss common interests, and strengthen collaboration within the WBAA community. The combination of productive teamwork and social interaction made the sprint both effective and inspiring.
Throughout the activity, participants showed strong engagement and creativity, contributing actively to every stage of the process. Their input helped turn the sprint into a dynamic working environment where ideas were transformed into concrete communication tools that will support WBAA’s outreach and visibility.
The WBAA Comms Content Sprint once again demonstrated the value of bringing motivated WBAA members together in a collaborative setting, where knowledge-sharing, teamwork and creativity can lead to meaningful results.
