What is the African Students and Alumni Forum (ASAF)?
ASAF is a pan-African network within the Erasmus+ Alumni Networks. It brings together African students, alumni and professionals who have benefited from EU-funded international mobility, creating opportunities for exchange, collaboration and capacity building across the continent.
What are ASAF’s main objectives?
ASAF aims to:
- Connect mobility students, alumni and stakeholders across Africa
- Promote international mobility and make opportunities more visible and accessible
- Strengthen skills, employability, leadership and innovation among young people
- Support dialogue between higher education institutions and the labour market
- Encourage collaboration on shared priorities among education stakeholders
- Raise awareness of international mobility opportunities and help others access them
- Contribute to Africa’s sustainable development by harnessing alumni skills and expertise
