OCEANS delivers activities that connect people, strengthen cooperation and support knowledge sharing across regions and sectors. 

From key annual gatherings to other events and initiatives throughout the year, OCEANS activities create spaces where students, alumni and partners engage, learn and feel part of a shared global community.

OCEANS brings together students, alumni, university representatives and partners through a range of events and initiatives supporting cooperation and participation within the Erasmus+ community and beyond:

• Conferences and events: Public and thematic events promoting dialogue on higher education, mobility and cooperation. 
• Capacity building and training: Workshops and mentoring initiatives supporting students and alumni before, during and after mobility. 
• Local and regional initiatives: Outreach and community-based actions bringing opportunities closer to young people. 
• Participation and engagement: Peer exchange, volunteering and collaboration that strengthen belonging within the network 

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the key annual moment when the OCEANS community meets in person to reconnect, exchange experiences, review the year’s work and discuss the network’s future. 

Alongside the AGM, the Annual Conference supports collaboration and learning across regions, opening OCEANS to wider audiences through dialogue, panel discussions and outreach on international mobility and global education.
