WBAA teams work as a collaborative body to support the objectives of the association in line with democratic principles. There are four teams, each focusing on a key area of WBAA’s work.
Each team is open to any registered WBAA member who wishes to take part in its activities. Members may join up to two teams. To become part of a team, you can submit a join request via the relevant group in the WBAA Online Community.

Each team is coordinated by a Head of Team, supported by a Vice Head for Advocacy and a Vice Head for Communication. These roles are connected through three cross-team communities, which allow representatives from different teams to exchange information and coordinate their work.
