The Internal Affairs Task Force supports ASAF’s internal governance by contributing to organisational development, procedures, and compliance with statutes and rules of procedure. Coordinated by the ASAF Board, it helps ensure transparent, accountable, and well‑functioning internal processes across the network.

Alexandre Zoumman is a PhD in Plant and Microbial Biotechnologies with deep expertise in food systems analysis, ecology, agroecology, genetics, and biotechnology. With a strong track record in managing associations and NGOs, he combines strategic leadership with hands-on action to drive impactful change.

Founder and President of YAAC (Youth Alliance for Agroecology and Climate), he has been an ASAF Board member since 2022. He previously served as Vice-President in charge of Regional Integration (2022- 2024). 

Alexandre is passionate about environmental protection and sustainable development. Committed to the belief that ending hunger and preserving ecosystems go hand in hand, he strives for a world where everyone has access to sustainable food on a thriving planet.
