The Communication Task Force supports ASAF’s communication efforts by contributing to content, visibility, and messaging. Coordinated by the ASAF Board, it helps ensure clear, consistent, and accessible communication across ASAF’s channels and activities.

Nada Joumar is a PhD candidate in Hydrology and Communication Liaison within ASAF. In this role, she contributes to strengthening communication flows within the network, supporting coordination among members, and promoting initiatives that connect and empower ASAF’s diverse community across Africa.
Her journey in ASAF and voluntary engagement has deepened her commitment to community building, inclusivity, and youth empowerment. She is particularly passionate about using communication as a tool to foster collaboration, amplify voices, and drive impactful change.
Nada’s international experience, including Erasmus+ exchanges at the University of the Aegean in Greece and the University of Sevilla in Spain, has further shaped her perspective on intercultural dialogue and collective action. “I believe that if we want to create meaningful change in our communities, we must first start with ourselves. ASAF, to me, is a space where individual commitment transforms into collective impact.”
