đź’ˇ Objectives of the mentoring scheme
The scheme aims to strengthen capacities in the implementation and sustainability of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s (EMJM) programmes through a structured, peer-driven learning and exchange process. Mentoring groups provide a platform to share experiences, challenges, and good practices among programme representatives at different stages of maturity.
🔍 Thematic focus of the groups
Based on responses to the Call for Topics, the three most frequently chosen topics have been identified, and mentoring groups will be created accordingly:
- Involvement of Industry and Labour Market Representatives: Strategies to engage employers, enhance labour market relevance, and support graduate employability.
- Student Recruitment and Marketing: Exchange of practices on outreach strategies, communication, branding, and recruiting high-quality, diverse student cohorts.
- Financial Sustainability of EMJM Programmes: Discussion of funding models, cost management, income diversification, and long-term financial planning.
The mentoring scheme is an invitation-only event. Expression of interest was shared via the EMC groups.
